Assessment of psychosocial risks in Electricity and Gaz Company

Introduction Risk evaluation is a global process covering different aspects of employee’s workandfamily life. Nowadays, psychosocial risks are as important physical and chemical risks, their identification isdeterminant in each workplace. Objectives Our study aimed to assess among Electricity Gas Company’s employees identify factors related these risks. Methods A cross sectional was conducted male workers Tunisian electricity gas Company. The KRASEK scale used Statistical analysis performed with SPSS version 23. Results Among the company, 83 participated this study. mean age our population 41.28 years± 12.12 years. Manuel labour identified 67.5% cases. High psychological demands were reported by 63.9% employees. assessment decision latitude dimension low autonomy at work 54.2% social support 23.73± 4.18. Job strain 32.5% participants. job strain, twenty-one subjects (77.8%) affected technical division 21.7% “iso strain”. iso associated sedentary aged less than 45 years, p values 0.006 (OR= 5.474; IC 95% [1.477-20.290]) 0.010 4.917; [1.353-17.872]) respectively.
